many99 Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between many99 and players ("Users") who use the services of many99. By accessing and using the many99 website and mobile platform, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

1 Definitions

The following terms used in these conditions have the meanings set out below—

• "Platform" refers to the many99 website, mobile application, and all associated services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created through a completed registration by the user.
• "Funds" refers to the monetary balance held in the user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds awarded by many99, which are subject to conditions if you wish to withdraw them.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total wager amount that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Age Restriction

To open an account and play at many99, the user must be at least 21 years old. If an account is opened by someone underage, all funds associated with that account may be frozen and will not be refunded. many99 reserves the right to request a copy of the user's national ID or passport to verify age at any time.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each user may only open one account at many99. If duplicate accounts are opened under the same identity, all such accounts will be closed and the balance may be held for a period of time. Accounts opened via proxy are also subject to this restriction.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration and throughout the life of the account must be accurate. If the name, contact phone number, payment method details, or related information are found to be incorrect, many99 reserves the right to reject any withdrawal request.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods at many99 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks; deposits below this amount will not be accepted. Every deposit will be verified by many99 before being credited to the account balance.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the one used for the deposit.

3.3 Financial Verification

many99 may carry out AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks at the time of withdrawal. If suspicious gambling transaction patterns are detected, the withdrawal may be suspended until the investigation is complete.

4 Welcome Bonus and Promotions

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

many99's welcome bonus gives 100% of the first deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount must be completed.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will expire.
• The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met; only real balance funds may be withdrawn.
• The bonus can only be claimed once per person; anyone attempting to claim it again via a duplicate account will have their account closed.
• many99 reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus programs at any time without prior notice.

5 VIP Tiers and Cashback

many99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. VIP benefits are based on play volume and paid as weekly cashback —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.0%

VIP tier upgrades are based on play activity and account standing, and are determined at many99's discretion. Cashback is credited directly to the account balance and does not require any additional wagering; however, the standard withdrawal minimum (20,000 Ks) still applies when withdrawing cashback funds.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

Using any software or hardware manipulation, scripts, bots, automated systems, or any other technology that could interfere with gameplay is strictly prohibited at many99. The platform is protected by SSL encryption, and all game results are based on a certified random number generator to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

many99 reserves the right to set the minimum and maximum amount per bet, which may vary depending on the game type and account level. When playing with bonus funds, a maximum bet limit per round may apply; if this limit is exceeded, the bonus may be forfeited.

6.3 Game Disputes

If you wish to dispute a game result, you must contact many99's customer support within 72 hours of the incident. Disputes raised after this period cannot be accepted. many99's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited while using the service—

• Using many99 to conduct money laundering
• Opening and playing an account using another person's identity
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to carry out gameplay
• Colluding with others during gameplay
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform
• Bonus abuse — playing solely to obtain bonuses rather than for genuine personal play
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems

If any prohibited activity is found, the account may be closed without prior notice and the balance in the account may be frozen.

8 Account Responsibilities

8.1 Security

You must keep your login username, password, and OTP code to yourself and not share them with any third parties. If someone accesses your account without permission, you must notify [email protected] immediately. many99 is not responsible for any losses that occur without prior notification.

8.2 Account Suspension

If many99 becomes aware of a breach of these terms, the account may be closed immediately. many99 reserves the right to forfeit the balance of any account closed due to fraudulent gameplay or fraud. Players who wish to close their own account for personal reasons may contact the support team.

9 Personal Data and Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Bonus Fraud Prevention

many99 strictly monitors bonus abuse. If it is found that a player is placing low-risk bets with no intention of losing in order to obtain bonuses only ("bonus abuse"), the following actions may be taken—

• Forfeiture of bonus winnings
• Adjustment of qualifying wagering amounts
• Account suspension or closure
